Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Bowspram NZ Manufacturing (“Bowspram NZ”, “we”, “our”). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Website use

• You may browse the site for information and to submit enquiries or orders.
• Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt service operation.
• Content on the site is provided “as is” and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness.

Quotations and orders

Product descriptions, pricing and availability are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation or invoice. Orders are accepted when we issue written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example where stock is unavailable or specifications change.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are quoted in MYR unless stated otherwise and exclude any applicable taxes, duties, or delivery charges. Payment terms are specified on our quotation or invoice. Late payments may attract charges permitted by law.

Delivery and risk

Estimated delivery dates are guidance only. Risk in goods passes on delivery to your address or to your appointed carrier. You must inspect goods on arrival and notify us promptly of visible damage or short shipment.

Warranty

We warrant that our kits will be free from material defects for a period stated in the product documentation (typically two years) when used under normal conditions and installed by qualified personnel. Our obligation is to repair, replace, or refund at our option. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear.

Installation and safety

Electrical equipment must be installed by licensed contractors and in accordance with applicable standards (including IEC 61851/62196 and local wiring rules). You are responsible for ensuring site readiness, correct protection devices, and ongoing maintenance.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and require our written authorisation. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. Custom configurations may not be returnable except where defective.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or production. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or a sale is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text and images on this site are owned by or licensed to Bowspram NZ. You may not use our marks without written permission.

Privacy and cookies

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using this site, you consent to necessary cookies and, where enabled, analytics cookies as described therein.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, acts of God, or regulatory changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be subject to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
